Rodolfo Guerrero

Managing Director & Founding Partner


Rodolfo is Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Rodxa Group; he also oversees the day-to-day operation and overall management of all the business units of the Group.


With more than 20 years of experience in the property management, resort development, hospitality and travel industries; at award-winning, luxury properties including all-inclusive and vacation ownership/fractional.   Rodolfo specializes in hotel and resort openings and upscale luxury resort management and has successfully led 100+ employee organizations for both companies and startups.  He has also served as a consultant for several private companies and on the board of nonprofit organizations.


A team-builder, he believes in coaching and team guidance as pivotal in transforming a good organization into an exceptional one.  A detail-oriented, hands-on, honest and dedicated professional with a track record of consistent results.

Xavier Torres

Administrative Director & Founding Partner


Xavier is Co-Founder and directs the day-to-day administration and financial oversight of all The Rodxa Group companies; he is also in charge of Business Development, Finance and Marketing for all the business units of the Group. He is responsible creating the debt and equity capital structures, investor reporting and bank relationships.


He brings over seventeen years of management, accounting, auditing, real estate development and marketing experience to The Rodxa Group. He has experience in construction contracting, real estate management, private investments, marketing and finance that without a doubt has contribute to the impressive growth and prosperity of our Group amid challenging conditions.


Strong business professional with a BA in IT and Business Administration and Certifications on Finance and Marketing.
